CuciPro provides a digital management platform for cleaning businesses (car wash, laundry, carpet cleaning, etc.). You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Subscription & Payments

• Fees: You agree to pay the subscription fees applicable to your selected plan (Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime).
• Renewal: Monthly and Yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
• Refunds: All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by IAZ Resources.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the data and content you upload to your CuciPro store (e.g., customer data, pricing, services). However, you grant us a license to host and display this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IAZ Resources shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.
